We at Velvet Five are a group of dedicated musicians and friends who truly enjoy what we do. This comes across in every performance, every time.  We have learned from our extensive experience playing at both weddings and corporate events exactly what it take to put on the perfect top-tier performance.  To give our clients complete peace of mind we have compiled ten of the most important factors which are essential to provide the perfect event.

  1. We will be set up and be ready to play at your designated time.
  2. We will play your first choice wedding song, and play it well.
  3. We only use top quality P.A.T tested equipment, including a QSC P.A. / Nord Keyboard / Fender Hot Rod Amp / Ashdown Bass / Gretch Drums.  The best in the business.
  4. We will have a designated band member as your point of contact throughout your big day.  They will always be available.
  5. We will have music playing through the buffet break, with a music genre of your choosing.
  6. If you have chosen a disco set for after / before the live music it will be mixed properly! (not just a CD playing).
  7. We can accommodate guest singers / musicians.
  8. We customise our volume for each wedding - we will never be too loud.
  9. We will always be polite, friendly and approachable.
  10. We understand that this is your big day and will strive to make it absolutely perfect.
